		<description>Well it&#039;s easy for Blizzard to send out C&amp;Ds. They don&#039;t need to have any legal argument behind it. They can pretty much just threaten whatever they want and use the threat of epic litigation to get their way.

Pretty standard stuff, tbh. I&#039;d love to see someone fight Blizzard. I wonder what the actual claim would take the shape of....trademark?</description>

		<description>Well, the sad thing is it&#039;s not even that definite. They are removing apps that just interface with a site that is freely available and honestly have no clue why they&#039;re doing it outside of rumors.
